Simple payment schedule
To help families plan ahead, camp payments are broken into two straightforward deadlines.
$100 deposit due • May 6
This deposit locks in your student's spot for camp.
Remaining $500 due • June 14
The final balance is due by Sunday, June 14.

Multiple ways to help your student get to camp
We want every student to have the opportunity to be part of what God is going to do at camp. That's why we're offering several ways for students and families to raise money this year.
Parents can open the fundraiser calendar, save it, and print it themselves if needed.
Calendar fundraiser
Students can pick up calendars at the Info Center in the main lobby or in the YTH building. They can take them to family, friends, and classmates and ask someone to sponsor a date on the calendar. Whatever date they choose is the amount they donate. For example, if someone picks the 15th, they give $15.
Popcorn fundraiser
Students can sign up to sell flavored popcorn to family and friends. They keep half of the money they sell. For example, if a student sells popcorn for $14, $7 goes toward that student's camp cost.
After-church lunch + dessert auction
On Sunday, May 17, we'll host an after-church lunch for the church family. Lunch will be provided, and we'll also hold a dessert auction to raise money for camp.
Gift card fundraiser
Every student planning to attend camp will be asked to provide one $25 gift card. Those gift cards will be raffled off during our Waterpark Night to help raise additional camp funds.
Envelope fundraiser
This is a simple, no-pressure way for our church family to help support camp. In the main lobby on Sundays and Wednesdays, there will be envelopes numbered 1-100. Anyone can choose an available envelope and donate the amount shown on it.
More than just a trip
We believe camp gives students a unique opportunity to step away from distractions and focus on what God wants to do in their lives. It creates space for worship, the Word, friendships, fun, and powerful moments with Jesus that can leave a lasting impact.
Our prayer is not simply that students attend camp, but that they personally encounter God in a real and unforgettable way.
Work hard. Believe big.
We want to encourage both students and parents to do their due diligence when it comes to fundraising. Take advantage of the opportunities available, stay consistent, and start early.
At the same time, we also want families to mix faith with action-trusting God to provide and believing that He will make a way for students to be part of this life-changing week.
