Secure your student's spot
Both a camp payment and a completed registration are required for every student. Take care of both below.
Simple payment schedule
The total cost is $600 per student, split into two payments.
$100 deposit due • May 6
This non-refundable deposit locks in your student's spot for camp.
Remaining $500 due • June 21
The final balance is due by Sunday, June 21.
Accepts credit & debit card, Apple Pay, and bank account. Processed securely through Overflow.
Complete your student's registration
Every student attending camp must submit a digital registration form and return a completed physical packet. Both are required before your student can attend.
Fill Out Camp Registration Form →Physical Packet Required
A physical packet must also be picked up, fully completed, and notarized. Packets are available at the Connection Center on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. A notary will be on site - dates to be announced.
Multiple ways to help your student get to camp
We want every student to have the opportunity to be part of what God is going to do at camp. That's why we're offering fundraising opportunities for students and families to raise money this year.
Sweet Corn Fundraiser
NewFresh bicolor sweet corn (Peaches & Cream) straight from Webbers Falls, Oklahoma - sold by the dozen for $10. Students take orders from family, friends, and neighbors and collect payment up front.
Or pay via Cash App: $BeyondChurchAlma - include your student's name and "corn" in the memo.
Calendar Fundraiser
Students can pick up calendars at the Info Center in the main lobby or in the YTH building. They can take them to family, friends, and classmates and ask someone to sponsor a date on the calendar. Whatever date they choose is the amount they donate. For example, if someone picks the 15th, they give $15.
More than just a trip
We believe camp gives students a unique opportunity to step away from distractions and focus on what God wants to do in their lives. It creates space for worship, the Word, friendships, fun, and powerful moments with Jesus that can leave a lasting impact.
Our prayer is not simply that students attend camp, but that they personally encounter God in a real and unforgettable way.
Work hard. Believe big.
We want to encourage both students and parents to do their due diligence when it comes to fundraising. Take advantage of the opportunities available, stay consistent, and start early.
At the same time, we also want families to mix faith with action-trusting God to provide and believing that He will make a way for students to be part of this life-changing week.
