Expanding our capacity to preach Jesus.
Everyone. Everywhere. Everyday.
Our Purpose
Placed to Shine
The Hill is a place marked by God to be a light in our city. A Kingdom Hub in the River Valley —a place where families will gather, children will play and laugh and people of every generation will experience the presence and love of Jesus. We believe this property has been marked by God to shine as a beacon of hope, declaring His love and bringing light to all those around.
“You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We’re going public with this, as public as a city on a hill… Now that I’ve put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. By opening up to others, you’ll prompt people to open up with God, this generous Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:14–16
Our prayer is that everyone who steps foot on this Hill will encounter Jesus—and experience the light, life, and love that He freely gives.

How long will it take to complete?
If all budgeted funds were available today, the estimated completion time for The Hill would be approximately 18 months. However, the true timeline depends on how quickly resources come in through the generosity and partnership of those who share this vision. As giving milestones are reached, construction will move forward in clearly defined phases, allowing visible progress every step of the way.
When will it begin?
We started on infrastructure at the end of August 2025 and will continue construction as dollars come in.
How will the church ensure financial accountability for The Hill?
The Hill project is overseen by our church’s leadership team and Board of Directors, who review all expenditures and contracts associated with the project. All funds designated for The Hill are kept in a dedicated account, separate from our church’s general operating budget. Regular updates will be shared with our church family and on this web page so you can see exactly how the vision is progressing and where funds are being used.
How can I be a part of The Hill beyond giving financially?
You can pray — asking God to continue to provide the resources, wisdom, and favor needed to bring this vision to life. You can also serve by sharing your time, talents, or professional expertise in areas like construction, landscaping, design, or project management. See the "Get involved" button above under the "How can I play a part?" section!
Can I give non-cash gifts (stocks, property, vehicles, etc.)?
Absolutely! You can donate stock or give through a donor advised fund at this link. You can also give other non-cash gifts by emailing info@beyondchurch.org.
Are my donations tax-deductible?
Yes! All dollars given towards The Hill go in a designated account of Beyond Church and are restricted for that sole purpose according to IRS standards. You will receive an annual giving statement for dollars given towards The Hill project.
How can I stay updated on progress?
You can follow along on this webpage as it will be updated, at a minimum, once a month. We'll also update Beyond Church at least once every month on progress that has been made.
